These terms govern use of the Deck Builder Maple Grove MN website ("the site"). By using the site, a visitor agrees to these terms.
The Site Is a Free Referral Service
The site is a free service that helps homeowners reach local deck professionals. The site does not perform deck construction, repair, or any other work itself. Work is performed by independent professionals. A visitor who calls the site does not contract with the site or its owner for construction work; any agreement for work is between the homeowner and the independent provider.
No Guarantee of Work
The site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by an independent provider. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that any contractor they hire carries the license and insurance required for the work being performed, and to satisfy themselves about the provider's qualifications before agreeing to any work.
Information Is General
The guides on this site describe deck building, local code, and permit practices in general terms and are based on sources believed to be accurate at the time of writing. Building codes and city requirements change, so a visitor should confirm current requirements with the City of Maple Grove or the relevant city before relying on any detail for a specific project.
Calls and Call Tracking
Calls placed to the number on this site go through a call-tracking system and can be forwarded to an independent provider. By calling, a visitor consents to that call tracking and forwarding as described in the privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
The site and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by an independent provider or from reliance on general information published on the site. The site is provided on an as-is basis.
